Program Mission Statement

C3 Sports Academy plans to create an environment where we can help our student athletes be successful. Primarily as individuals of good character, second as students that see the importances of morals and values and third as graduates with integrity; that they will carry on to their next endeavors. We want them to succeed as student athletes, strive for excellence, and work towards their desired goals.

Program Details

C3 Sports Academy will provide a holistic approach to student athletes development by offering academic readiness, elite sports instructions and training, personal and character development, and life skills training programs. We work to instill confidence and a drive to succeed and achieve results, by equipping student-athletes with skills and tools required to reach their goals.

C3 Sports objectives and purpose include, but not limited to:

  • Focus on educating and empowering student athletes. Provide support and guidance to at-risk/disadvantaged student athletes who without this opportunity will be left out of the secondary educational process.
  • Help student athletes improve test scores and/or earn academic credits required to become eligible to receive athletic scholarships to NCAA four (4) year Colleges and Universities.

  • Enhance player’s college placement and recruitment potential by providing a platform for student athletes to get exposure and visibility to recruiting scouts and college coaches.

  • Guide student athletes through the college admission and recruiting process.

  • Create an environment for student athletes to thrive and be prepared to transition at each level of their athletic experience; by providing best in class coaching, one-on-one training, performance training, physical conditioning, mentorship, and personal and character development.

  • Provide educational and athletic facilities for student-athletes development, including but not limited to:
    – resource which include computers and tools to complete course works, assignments, and homework.
    – sport facilities and equipment for sports and performance training

  • Provide College and Career readiness and preparation training to allow student-athletes to set their college or career pathway by focusing on academic preparation and skill development.

  • Provide career development opportunities, job placement, and certification training guidance in areas such as personal training, strength and conditioning and coaching.

  • Run sports camps, clinics, and seminars to help facilitate competitive play.

  • Provide proper training for optimizing mobility & stability to reduce athletes’ risk of injury and burnout.

  • Provide nutrition and wellness education.

Athletics and Sports Performance Development

  • Sports and performance training for the following sports: Football, track and field, basketball, and baseball.
  • Sport skills and technique training to help players get better in their specific sport.
  • Provide training facilities, equipment, and qualified trainers and coaching team to facilitate players’ development.
  • Provide opportunities for competitive play and tournaments, including Post grad prep teams, AAU teams, 7on7 leagues, and Track and Field competitions.
  • Train student athletes to improve their 40-Yard Dash times and other key sports metrics. Athletes will achieve their goals with a combination of explosive strength work and constant practice to hone their technique.
  • Educate student athletes on NCAA requirements and guidelines for eligibility to ensure success in becoming qualified for an athletic college scholarship.
  • Run sport camps and clinics.
  • Utilize certified and experienced personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches to provide performance training which will include strength training, athletic. conditioning, speed and agility training, mobility enhancement and injury prevention.
  • Film and classroom time for sports study.
C3 Sports Academy provide the following programs to help drive our mission, these include but are not limited to:

Academic Development

  • Tutoring
  • SAT/ACT prep classes to help improve test scores.
  • College Readiness workshops and sessions.
  • Evaluation of student academic record (transcripts) and standardized testing (SAT/ACT) results.
  • Assist students in choosing the proper core course(s) and/or SAT/ACT prep classes to facilitate in increasing student’s GPA and/or test scores to boost both NCAA and NAIA eligibilities.

Personal and Character Development

  • Mentoring
  • Special workshops for leadership, character building and life skills training.
  • Nutrition and wellness education, as nutrition is a critical aspect of health and even the best training plans may fail to produce optimum results without an accompanying nutrition plan.
  • Community involvement and being an active citizen. This will include community service programs with emphasis on helping others and making a difference in the community.
  • Leadership initiatives to emphasize the importance of leadership and how it can be applied to classmates, teammates, friends, and family.
  • Workshops to include decision making and goal setting training.
  • Career Readiness initiatives to give students a feel for the different career, entrepreneurial, and future opportunities available to them. The career readiness initiative will allow students to get exposure to working in different industries, and opportunity to interview and shadow different professionals from all walks of life and varying careers.
  • Organization, planning, and time management skills workshops.
  • Financial literacy workshops to help students manage their finances and learn how to utilize their resources as they transition from high school to college and beyond.
  • Emotional Intelligence seminars to develop skills such as self-awareness, self- management, and social awareness.
  • Social media toolbox workshops to help student manage their online image and presence and how to positively represent themselves. Social media platforms will include Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

Athletics and Sports

C3 Sports Academy will be an integral part of transforming players into successful future collegiate athletes. Student athletes will participate in professional level sports training to take their athletic career to the next level. As student athletes work through pre-season, in-season, and post-season, they will receive constant, top level training and evaluation from our program.

Players will be provided opportunities to compete on various teams against junior colleges and other prep schools around the country. Players will be exposed to NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA colleges through marketing and promoting to various recruiting platforms and college coaches both during their time in the program and after. Student-Athletes will tour different college campuses.

High School

C3 Sports Academy will help guide high school athletes with the goal of competing at the collegiate level. Programs are based on an individual assessment and take in to account the athletes sport, special needs, and schedule availability. Student athletes will focus on learning the characteristics and skills that lead to being successful on and off the playing field. Proper study habits, making positive choices, and managing their time will prepare them for the rigor of academics, demands of athletics and challenges of life. Student athletes will learn the importance of academic success, goal setting, decision making and leadership.

High School student athletes will participate in personal and character development, life skills training, and leadership and community involvement initiatives. Students will have community service obligations to help them expand as people and strengthen their resume and college portfolio.

High school athletes will prepare for their upcoming sport seasons by increasing their physical skills and maximizing performance. We provide the option for private and / or small group training for athletes with varying durations and commitment. Our expert coaches are able adjust training to maximize performance whether the athlete is in their off-season or in the midst of a championship season.

High School student athletes will receive ongoing mentoring, tutoring, SAT/ACT prep, college readiness and planning, attend college tours, career readiness, and opportunities for competitive play on various sports team and leagues (including 7on7 tournaments, AAU basketball, baseball and track and field competitions).

Elementary/Middle School

Our school program will focus on tutoring and general athletic conditioning to maximize the young athlete’s academics and sports performance potential. Workouts will be specifically developed based on age and sport. Program is designed to follow best practices for long term athlete development. Athletes will train in a structured but fun and memorable environment that ensures young athletes are prepared to handle the rigors of high school sports and training.

Training sessions incorporates general motor skills development, conditioning, speed and agility, quickness, balance, and age-appropriate strength training. We stress movement competency and building a wide-ranging movement library for young athletes to build on.

Group training, sports camps, and clinics will be primary tool use to teach and train fundamentals for specific sports. School athletes will also be provided opportunities to participate in organized team sports that will enhance their skill level.
